Practitioners and theorists of powders, our experts have been working since 2005 as trainers for CPE Lyon Formation Continue in powders and processes. This experience allows us to offer general training courses on the world of powders.
We are able to tailor the training to the client’s request and the level of the participants. We will discuss the prerequisites for any new training courses with you.
Here are some examples of training programs already conducted :
- Powder characteristics and application properties
- This basic training helps participants better understand the characteristics, application properties of powders, and their formulation in order to better control their processing and shaping, with or without formulation.
- The powder processing chain
- This training provides an understanding of the different unit operations involved in "Powder" processes and their sequence to obtain the powdered solids used in the formulation of finished products.
- Process and energy optimisation applied to grinding, micronisation, sieving, and mixing operations
- By the end of the training, participants will be able to optimise an existing production line or establish a methodology to optimise a new "powder" line.
- Powder Formulation
- The goal of this training is to provide a global perspective on powder formulation by describing in detail the processes involved in producing a finished product in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and cosmetic industries.
